Presentation Rentals is an audio-visual equipment rentals provider with offices in Atlanta, Seattle, and Portland, Oregon. Theirs was a common problem: quickly outgrowing their website, but their web design vendor was outgrowing them. They needed help, but didn't have the time or cash to launch the project process every time their site needed a small update.

In October 2001, Viallo integrated Content Editor into PresentationRentals.com, so their staff could log in and update the site's content. To run Content Editor, Viallo moved the site to Domain7 servers and deployed Urchin Pro for traffic analytics, integrated SSL encryption, and optimized the site for improved search engine visibility.
