Designing a global portal for the Enterprise Web Infrastructure:

In 2000, Deloitte & Touche began a radical IT transformation from the client-server model to a standards-based hosted architecture called the Enterprise Web Infrastructure. E-mail, project management, expense tracking, and communication functions would reside on the web, accessed via a single interface.

Viallo's Rocky Hessler led user experience and interface design activities for the initiative. His "MyDeloitte" portal design helped get the transformation running, and fueled the development of many of Viallo and Domain7's RouteOne tools.
