Rocky Hessler

Rocky is Viallo's Director, Client Service.

Rocky was previously Manager in Deloitte & Touche's e-business services group. While at Deloitte, he led process re-engineering and web development projects and played a key role in developing their Enterprise Web Infrastructure product suite. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Themescapes, the Los Angeles-based new media development boutique who personified the term "creative destruction."

Rocky enjoys the country life with his lovely and talented wife Catherine.

Shawn Neumann

Shawn is President of Domain7 Solutions and leads Viallo's open source web development client projects and RouteOne system implementations.

Previously, he volunteered as an English Teacher in Eastern Europe and served as communications officer at a community hospital in Nepal.

Shawn lives with his wife Kelly in Abbotsford, B.C.

Michael Russell

Mike is Viallo's Strategy Lead and cofounder of Open Water Consulting.

Spanning 16 years in manufacturing, supply chain, software implementation and training, and technology, Mike has developed a knowledge foundation from which to draw ideas for application to multiple business situations. Mike was previously a Sr. Consultant in Deloitte & Touche's e-business services group. Later, he produced contributions for the publication of Net Markets: Driving Success in the B2B Networked Economy, coauthored by David Gautschi and Tom Dagenais.
